Technical Director of the Dairy Cattle Division at Beijing Yahe Nutrition, Guest Professor at Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University, with nearly 30 years of practical experience in management and operations at large-scale domestic dairy farming groups. He has pursued advanced studies in Israel, the United States, and other regions on multiple occasions, gaining comprehensive expertise in all aspects of dairy farm management, with a specialization in dairy cattle nutrition and refined SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) management for dairy farms. He built and led the technical service team at Yahe Nutrition, developed the Beijing Yahe Nutrition Dairy Cattle Production Technical Standards, and pioneered the implementation of amino acid-balanced ration technology in dairy farms. He is a dedicated practitioner and promoter of socialized services for the dairy farming industry.
