 According to statistics provided by the General Administration of Customs, China ’s imports of titanium dioxide in October 2017 were 18,697.559 tons, a year-on-year increase of 43.51%, and a month-on-month increase of 19.75%. The top three regions for import were Taiwan 5487.055 tons, Australia 4,162 tons, and US 3065.575 tons; From January to October, the total import of titanium dioxide was 183748.14 tons, an increase of 22.95% year-on-year; in October 2017, China's export of titanium dioxide was 67572.787 tons, an increase of 23.72% year-on-year, and an increase of 8.3% month-on-month. South Korea; the top three regions for export are Shandong, Sichuan and Henan. From January to October 2017, a total of 666,428.686 tons of titanium dioxide was exported, an increase of 11.96% year-on-year.
